ORDERS & PRE-ORDERS

Q: When will my pre-order ship?
A: Pre-orders begin processing as soon as they close. Our current production timeline is 2–3 weeks from the close date. You’ll receive tracking information via email once your order ships.

Q: Can I change or cancel my order?
A: Orders cannot be changed or canceled once placed. Please double-check your size and shipping details before checkout.

Q: When can I place a preorder?
A: From Oct 6–14. After Oct 14, the preorder window closes.

Q: What happens after I preorder?
A: We batch your order with our vendor during the preorder window, confirm sizing/colors, and complete production. We quality-check and pack Oct 15–22.

Q: When will my order ship?
A: All preorder packages ship from us on Oct 23. You’ll receive a tracking email that day.

Q: When will it arrive?
A: Most US orders arrive 3–7 business days after Oct 23, depending on the carrier.

Q: Can I change my order after purchasing?
A: Please contact support ASAP during the preorder window. Changes may not be possible after Oct 14.

Q: How do I know what size to order?
A: Each product page includes a detailed size chart with measurements. If you’re between sizes, we recommend sizing up for comfort and flexibility.

A: Our Dreamscape Collection features a second-skin, contouring fit made from premium stretch fabric that moves with you—perfect for workouts, errands, or lounging in style.

A: Our garments are crafted with a luxury blend of 65% polyester, 25% nylon, and 10% spandex for durability, breathability, and stretch.

SHIPPING & DELIVERY

Q: How long does shipping take?
A: Once fulfilled, standard U.S. shipping takes 3–5 business days. International shipping varies by location.

Q: Do you offer express shipping?
A: At this time, only standard shipping is available.


RETURNS & EXCHANGES

Q: What is your return policy?
A: We accept returns within 15 days of delivery. Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original packaging.

Q: Do you offer exchanges?
A: At this time, we do not process direct exchanges. Please return your item for store credit and place a new order.

Q: What payment methods do you accept?
A: We accept all major credit cards and secure online payments. AfterPay/Shop Pay Installments are not available at this time.

Q: Do you offer discounts?
A: Yes! New customers receive 10% off their first order when signing up for our email list.


CARE INSTRUCTIONS

Q: How do I wash my IMAN | LUXURY pieces?
A: For best results, machine wash cold on delicate, inside-out, and lay flat to dry. Avoid bleach, fabric softeners, and high heat to maintain quality and stretch.
